This project introduces a complete process to develop an intelligent robot which achieves a nimble movement in an unknown environment, measures the environment parameters such as temperature, relative humidity and topography, and communicates with the remote terminal. The data processing and major control is achieved by a saving cost and low power 8-bit microcontroller AT89C52 from Atmel. Sensors designed by 2-wire bus and a 1-wire bus technology are applied for the robot.
